Greg Hulett

President – Nevada

Greg Hulett grew up in California and moved to Las Vegas to play football at UNLV. He earned his bachelor’s in Real Estate Finance and Urban Planning. During college Greg started exploring career options outside of football and took an internship in commercial real estate with CB Richard Ellis his senior year. When he was ready to pursue a career path after college, a friend recommended him to a local title company that was hiring. Since 2002, Greg has held management positions in both title and escrow. After spending a few years learning the ins and outs of the industry, he launched his own company, which he ran successfully until closing the doors in 2012. Prior to joining Landmark Title, Greg worked for Clear Title where he helped oversee the successful growth of the company’s Nevada operation. As President of Landmark Title Nevada, Greg is responsible for expanding the business and building the Nevada team. When Greg isn’t working, he enjoys golf, hiking, biking and cooking.

Christy Wright

Vice President of Sales

Christy Wright is a Nevada native who grew up in Las Vegas. She’s a University of Las Vegas graduate, earning a bachelor’s in psychology. Christy began working as a sales manager in the title and escrow industry in 2016 for Clear Title. Prior to joining Landmark Title as Director of Strategic Development, Christy was an Associate Vice President of Sales for Fidelity. In 2025, she was promoted to Vice President of Sales for Landmark Title Nevada. Christy is responsible for building and managing the sales team and strengthening the firm’s relationships with strategic partners. When she is not working, Christy enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends and traveling. You may also find her surfing at Lake Mead during the warmer months or on the slopes skiing in the winter.

Angela Arkin

Assistant Vice President of Sales

Angele Arkin grew up in the Bay Area and moved to Las Vegas for college. Earning a Bachelor of Science in hospitality management with a minor in dance, Angela began her career in the hospitality industry. After graduation she worked for a travel agency before going to work for Marriott, where she started honing her skills in sales and customer service. Angela joined Landmark Title in 2024 as Assistant Vice President of Sales, where she focuses on building relationships with realtors and lenders and providing technology and marketing solutions for their businesses. Angela lives in Las Vegas where she is a certified yoga instructor and scuba diver. She also holds the title for 2025 Miss Continental Worldwide.

Chris Fulce

Assistant Vice President of Sales

Chris Fulce built his career in sales with more than 20 years in the title and escrow industry. Chris grew up in Dallas, Texas where he began creating and selling drink mixes for restaurants. In 2005, he was offered a business development position with Land American in Las Vegas where he learned the industry and helped the company grow its client base. Prior to joining Landmark Title Nevada, Chris spent eight years with Chicago Title as a sales executive. As AVP of Sales for Landmark Title, Chris will focus on increasing the company’s market share. Outside of work Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and their three sons. He’s also an avid basketball player that’s participated in tournaments around the U.S. While he’s no longer competing as a member of a traveling team, you can still find him on the court officiating games.

Teresa Mendoza

Assistant Vice President of Sales

Teresa Mendoza was born in California and moved with her parents to Henderson, Nevada where she grew up. With multiple family members working in the real estate industry, Teresa began working in title escrow and for seven years she successfully owned and operated her own notary business. In 2024, she accepted a position as a Business Development Manager at Landmark Title where she focuses on building strong relationships with real estate agents and loan officers, plans and host educational classes for the real estate community and attracting new clients. Teresa is an active member of Greater Las Vegas National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) and a referral group member for the town of Pahrump where she’s involved in the Down Payment Assistance Program. Teresa also volunteers with Vets4Vets, feeding homeless and back-to-school drives for the Las Vegas community. Teresa and her husband are proud parents to three grown children and four grandsons. Away from the office she enjoys camping, razor riding, attending local festivals and spending time with family by the pool or at the beach.

Delvie Villa grew up in the Philippines, where she studied to become a nurse. When she decided that path wasn’t for her, she moved to San Diego to be closer to her mother who was an established escrow officer. Her mother, always a major influence in her life, encouraged her to get into the title business and offered to train her. Delvie held positions with title and escrow firms in San Diego before accepting a job as an Account Executive with WFG National Title Insurance Company in 2014 and moved to Las Vegas. She brings nearly 30 years of experience in the title and escrow industry to the Landmark Title team. Delvie works closely with agents, sellers, buyers and escrow team throughout the transaction process to ensure a seamless and on-time closing. Delvie has earned numerous awards throughout her career recognizing her for her dedication to customer service. When she isn’t working, you can find her enjoying time with her family and traveling.

Dindy Roa is originally from Southern California and went to UC Irvine where she earned a degree in studio art. While in college, Dindy also got her real estate license. After graduation in 2009, she moved to Las Vegas to be near family. Her parents both worked in real estate and inspired her to take a job as a Transaction Coordinator with a local real estate investment company. After two years, she was offered a position as an Escrow Assistant with National Title. Dindy loves working with numbers, problem solving and educating buyers and sellers on through the closing process. In 2018, she was promoted to Escrow Officer at Stewart Title, where she worked until joining the Landmark Title team as a Sr. Escrow Officer. Away from the office, Dindy enjoys art, music and playing tennis, and she’s an avid hockey fan.

Annie Stewart is a Las Vegas native and brings nearly five years of experience to the Landmark Title team. Annie grew up in a family with careers in real estate. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Business, it seemed only natural to explore options in the real estate industry. It was during that time that a friend working for a title company, made an introduction. Annie started with a large firm as an Escrow Assistant, where she was trained on the transaction process. She joined Landmark Title in early 2022 where she was promoted to Escrow Officer. Annie is focused on building customer relationships as she facilitates transactions, coordinating with loan officers and both buyer and seller agents to ensure a smooth closing. When Annie is not working, she enjoys gardening, cooking and spending time with her puppy.

Maria Chewjalearn-Andaya

Senior Escrow Officer

Maria Chewjalearn-Andaya brings nearly two decades of experience in the title and escrow industry to the Landmark Title team. She began as a receptionist for Fidelity National Title in 2005 and worked her way up to the position of escrow officer. In 2011, she joined First American Title as an escrow officer and went on to work for National Title and WFG National Title developing her skills before accepting the position of senior escrow officer with Landmark Title Assurance Agency. Maria is originally from the Philippines and grew up in California. She moved to Las Vegas in 2001 when her mom was stationed at Nellis Air Force Base. Maria values the relationships she builds with her clients and enjoys the opportunity working in escrow offers to meet new people. Away from the office, Maria loves spending time with her family.

Cynthia Nairi

Senior Escrow Officer

Cynthia Nairi has spent more than 30 years in the real estate industry. She started as a real estate assistant and was recruited for a position with a national title company. Cynthia was born and raised in Northern California and graduated from Empire College with a degree in business. After working for a mix of national and boutique escrow and title companies, Cynthia joined Landmark Title as a Senior Escrow Officer in 2024. A job transfer for Cynthia’s husband in 1996 prompted the couple to move to from California to Las Vegas and it’s been home ever since. Away from the office, Cynthia enjoys walking, reading, travel and spending time with her three grown children.

Sandy Wood

Sandy Wood was born and raised in Honolulu, where she studied arts and communications at the University of Hawaii. She began her escrow career over 20 years ago and has since worked with several respected title companies, most recently joining Landmark Title as an Escrow Officer in 2025. In addition to her dedication to clients, Sandy is an enthusiastic member of the Disney Adult for Life community. When she’s not visiting Disneyland, she enjoys watching reality shows with her husband and spending time with their two beloved pups.

Jenine Santos-Meno

Jenine Santos-Meno is originally from Guam and moved to Las Vegas with her parents when she was 15. As a young mother, Jenine joined her two sisters at National Alliance Title where she started as a receptionist. She quickly worked her way up to a position as an escrow officer and sharpened her skills working for Direct Title Insurance Agency, Pacific Coast Title, Old Republic Title, Fidelity and WFG National Title Insurance Company over a 16-year period. Jenine brings extensive industry experience to her position as a Senior Escrow Officer with Landmark Title and loves the excitement of sharing the home-buying process with her clients and building relationships through her job. Outside of work, Jenine is a busy parent of four children with her husband who serves in the military. In any free time the family has, they enjoy going camping or spending time on the water together.

Maribel Mora

Maribel Mora grew up in Orange County and moved to Las Vegas in 2001. She originally wanted to pursue a career in sales and marketing in the hotel industry but found herself doing temp jobs in the title and escrow industry and never stopped. She honed her skills as an Escrow Officer for Lawyers Title Insurance Co., Old Republic Title and WFG National Title Insurance company before coming to Landmark Title. Maribel has over 19 years of experience in her position as an Escrow Officer and is fluent in Spanish. She loves helping people and getting to share the excitement of the “first-time homeowner experience” with clients, which is her favorite part of the job. Outside of work, Maribel loves to read, hike and spend time outdoors with her two dogs as much as possible.

Renee Jones

Senior Escrow Officer

Renee Jones grew up in Southern California with family roots in real estate. Her father was a real estate broker and encouraged her to pursue a career in the industry. After studying real estate and finance in college, Renee focused her sights on securing a position with a title and escrow company. She spent the next 40 years honing her skills as an escrow officer with various independent title companies in California, including a stint working for her family’s title company. Renee moved to Nevada in 2015 continuing her career and joining Landmark Title in 2024. Renee enjoys getting to know her clients and helping them through the home-buying process. In her free time, you can find her outdoors exploring the Great Basin either on horseback or in a side-by-side.

Breanna Keil

Breanna Keil was inspired by her mother and grandfather to pursue a career in the real estate industry. After spending 15 years in the medical field, she followed in her family’s footsteps and made the transition in 2017. Breanna joined Landmark Title as an escrow assistant, and in 2025, she was promoted to escrow officer in the Elko office. When she is not working, she enjoys camping, boating, traveling, and competing in rodeo and barrel racing. Breanna lives in Nevada with her husband and their two children.
