The roots of Landmark Title Assurance Agency date back more than 45 years.

Landmark Title employs a strong team of more than 70 experts in title and escrow services, who deliver personalized service to both residential and commercial real estate clients.

As seasoned professionals, the Landmark Title team is well versed in navigating complex and multifaceted transactions, walking our clients through the process efficiently and effectively every step of the way. The team’s dedication to personalized service and in-depth knowledge are the foundation Landmark Title is built on.

In 1972, Thomas Sullivan Sr. founded what has become the Title Security Agency of Arizona Inc, family of companies. He opened his first office in Tucson with nine employees. Title Security quickly grew, expanding throughout Southern Arizona and eventually acquiring Lawyers Title Insurance Company’s Tucson operation.

In 2005, the company focused on the expansion of its commercial title and escrow business in Maricopa County, where it has continued to grow under the Landmark Title name. In August 2013, Vicki Etherton, was named president of Landmark Title and she was tasked with growing the firm’s commercial and residential real estate client base.

Under Vicki’s leadership the company grew, opening offices throughout Greater Phoenix and adding offices in Prescott, Las Vegas and Reno.

In late spring of 2020, Shaddock National Holdings announced the acquisition of a major equity interest in Landmark Title Assurance Agency, making the firm its newest affiliate and poised for growth nationwide.
