
Landmark Title handled the closings for the purchase and construction loans for the Tempe industrial project. Creation Equity and CrossHarbor Capital Partners broke ground on a new industrial park located on the southeast corner of Warner Road and Hardy Drive. The site that was a previous RV, boat storage and office complex totaling 144,885 square feet will be redeveloped as an industrial space named Source Logistics Center. The land is 15.7 acres and also includes six acres of yard space. It will include 32-foot clear heights and offer flexible options for material storage, trailer parking, and/or box truck or van parking to support last-mile delivery needs. Additionally, the site boasts a prime location with easy access to the Union Pacific rail line. The property was purchased in September 2023 for $12.5 million. Construction is now underway.
