Plans for The Switchyard, a dynamic, mixed-use development located at Ellsworth and Ocotillo Roads, are scheduled to begin construction in late 2025. The Creation Equity project will consist of restaurant, retail, office and residential spaces in the heart of Queen Creek. The development will be constructed in phases, with phase one projected for completion in 2026. Landmark Title managed escrow and title for the purchase.
