Kristi has spent more than a decade working in the real estate industry, beginning her career in Texas as a loan originator with a leading mortgage company, PHH Mortgage. She transferred to Arizona in 2008 and helped the company expand in the Phoenix market. In 2011, she transitioned from lending to business development with a title company where she quickly became the top producing sales representative. Prior to joining Landmark Kristi spent three years at Old Republic Title Agency where she led the sales team. Kristi is a proven leader in business development with commitment to building strong relationships and providing quality service.

A Phoenix native, Derek Parker began his career at First American Title in 1990, where he developed his skills and was promoted to positions in customer service management and business development. Prior to joining Landmark Title Parker worked at Old Republic Title Agency in Phoenix as their commercial business development manager. He has extensive experience with industry software and stays on the cutting edge of industry practices. Parker has served on the board of the Phoenix Community Alliance and is currently a board member of the Risk Management Alliance (RMA).

Tiffannie began her career as an escrow officer in 1993 and has proven herself a strong industry leader. Prior to joining Landmark Title as vice president of escrow operations, she held positions as a branch manager and an associate vice president for national agencies. Tiffannie strongly believes in continued education, which prompted her to earn professional designations as a Certified Senior Escrow Officer, Certified Escrow Instructor, Senior American Settlement Industry Professional and Arizona Land Title Professional. Tiffannie’s dedication to excellence in the settlement industry shows in her active involvement in state and national associations. At the state level, Tiffannie is a past president but serves as technology chair for the Arizona State Escrow Association and as the state director to the national association, the American Escrow Association (AEA). She has served for multiple years at the national level and is the immediate past president for AEA.

Josh got his start as a title officer in 2002 with Fidelity National Title. Since then, he has worked in multiple industry-related roles. In 2021 he was promoted to Assistant Chief Title Officer.

Tucson native and Arizona State University graduate, Cynthia Lujan began working in the title industry when she was still in high school. During her career spanning more than 30 years, Cynthia’s proven herself as a top producing business development manager for two Fortune 500 companies and leader in the market. Prior to joining Landmark Title as Vice President of Sales for Arizona, Cynthia was a sales executive for a national title company, where she led her team in delivering solutions and serving buyers, sellers, Realtors and lenders. In her leadership position at Landmark Title her focus is on building the company’s client base and its service to real estate agents throughout the state.

Marie has more than 25 years of experience in the Title industry. A proud ASU alum with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Marie began her career working at Resolution Trust Corporation, where she frequently interacted with commercial escrow officers. She then made the transition to Landmark Title, joining one of the leading companies in the industry. She is well versed in the complex, commercial real estate market, with expertise in “from-the-ground-up” development projects, and has worked on many high profile transactions in Arizona.

As Vice President of Commercial Services, Neil Moffett brings more than 25 years of experience to the Landmark Title team. He is originally from Ogden, Utah where he earned a Bachelor of Arts and Master’s in Accounting from Weber State University. Neil began his career with Ernst & Young as a CPA. In 1995, he transitioned his career to the title industry, taking a position as a Commercial Escrow Officer. Prior to joining Landmark Title, Neil managed national commercial services and operations for Security Title. Over the course of his career, he’s closed thousands of complex transactions across all areas of commercial real estate including retail, multi-family, office, industrial, medical, land, investment and residential development. Neil is actively involved in two commercial industry organizations, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). He is also an active member of the Home Builders Association and Valley Partnership. Away from the office, Neil can be found volunteering in the community with his church, spending time with his family, traveling with his beloved wife or enjoying the outdoors hiking, running, skiing or snowboarding.

Karrissa Jones grew up in a military family, living in Italy, New Mexico and Japan before moving to Arizona by the time she was 10. Karrissa initially started pursuing a career in the insurance industry, until someone she knew working in title and escrow suggested she would be a great fit. After researching the industry, she made the switch, and in 2014 she took a position as an Escrow Assistant in the top producing commercial office with Title Security Agency in Tucson. There she spent the next six years learning and rising to the position of Escrow Officer. As an Escrow Officer at Landmark Title, Karrissa is focused on working with residential builders and providing personalized escrow services for commercial transactions. Outside of work, Karrissa loves to get her hands on anything with a motor, including racecars, jet skis, and side by sides, all of which are considered a family sport.

Justina grew up in a small rural community located in Central Oregon. In 2012, she made the decision to move to Arizona and further her education. In 2015, Justina began her career at Landmark Title beginning as a receptionist. She was then promoted to Assistant Escrow Officer, and then Escrow Officer where she works closely with the commercial title and escrow team to provide clients the best experience possible. Outside of work, Justina loves spending time with her daughter and enjoys the outdoors, hiking and camping.

Randall brings 35 years of experience in real estate sales, management and investment to the Landmark Title team. A graduate of the University of Arizona, she became an investor and partner in two Real Estate companies over the next 20 years. Randall understands all aspects of Landmark Title’s vision and is adept at facilitating and supporting clients and their multifaceted needs.

David Itzkowitz spent nearly 20 years building a law practice focused on real estate development and commercial lending, before applying his knowledge to the title industry. David holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Rutgers College and a J.D. from Rutgers School of Law and a member of the State Bars of Arizona and California. He is coauthor of The Arizona Commercial Real Property Forms Manual published by the State Bar of Arizona and conducts seminars for attorneys, financial institutions and commercial real estate brokers on various real estate and title related topics. As Vice President of Commercial Services at Landmark Title, David’s role is dedicated to national client growth. David is actively involved in a number of community and professional organizations including: member of the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee of Scottsdale Arts, Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art, a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Board of the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce where he serves as Chairman of the Economic Development Advisory Council, a member of the Advisory Board of the PTSD Foundation of America, Phoenix Chapter, a member of Urban Land Institute and a graduate of Scottsdale Leadership Class 33.

Owen Sanchez is an Arizona native that was born and raised in Tucson. He started working in the real estate industry in 2015 as a packaging and recording clerk with Title Security. Owen was inspired by a colleague to consider a position in escrow services, and he quickly found a fit. He was promoted to title examiner and then to title officer. Outside of work, Owne is a passionate NBA fan, and volunteers as a youth basketball coach for the Tucson Magic Basketball Organization. He coaches kids from grade school to high school.

Barbara (Bobby) Whipple is an industry veteran that has worked in the title industry for more than 40 years. For nearly 22 years, she was part of the Landmark Title team in Tucson and transitioned to Title Security for a few years before taking a brief retirement. Not one to sit idle, Bobby came out of retirement in 2020 and returned to Landmark Title as a Commercial Title Officer. Bobby’s extensive experience and understanding of the industry allow her to foresee issues and is an Arizona native that grew up on the reservations in Keams Canyon (Hopi) and Sells (Tohono O’odham). She holds a BA in Business Administration from University of Phoenix.

Keith and his wife are also active in their church and their children’s schools. Keith resides in Chandler with his family. Diane is an active member of local builder association where she volunteers her time for industry events. She also volunteers in the community, helping women learn self-defense skills. Shalene Belichesky

Shalene was born and raised in the Bay Area, where at 16 years-old she accepted her first job was with a Title and Escrow company. Shalene brings nearly two decades of experience to Landmark Title, beginning in the industry in 2003, as a receptionist and was quickly promoted to an Assistant Escrow Officer and later to Escrow Officer. Shalene moved to Arizona in 2009 and took a position with a national title company as an Escrow Officer and Branch Manager. There she successfully developed a top producing book of business. Shalene’s extensive industry knowledgeable and experience give her a deep understanding of escrow transactions ranging from traditional residential sales and new builds to commercial transactions and quick-close investor flips. She attributes her success to her focus on providing excellent service and communication, guiding clients seamlessly through the escrow process. When Shalene is not working or spending time with her husband and their three children. she volunteers with organizations helping women recovering from addiction and abuse.

Patty was born and raised in Southern California and made her way to Arizona when she attended Western Bible College. She is an active member of West Maricopa Association of Realtors (WeMAR) and the National Association of Real Estate Professionals (NAREP). Tiffanie Marrero is a Phoenix native that brings nearly 20 years of experience in the title and escrow industry to her role as Branch Manager. Melissa Anne Sora-Saenze is a Glendale native who built her career in the title and escrow industry. Melissa brings more than 27 years of experience to her position as unit manager/escrow officer at Landmark Title. She got her start working for FATCO as an escrow assistant. She quickly worked her way up to a position as an escrow officer and later to branch manager further honing her skills working for large national firms and local agencies. Melissa also gained experience managing the builder account for Lennar Homes. As a branch manager for a resale escrow office with one agent, she built that branch into a successful top producer for 9 consecutive years. Away from the office, Melissa enjoys time with her children and friends and spending time outdoors off-roading, paddle boarding, hiking and camping.

Phoenix native Renee Cazzell spent nearly five years in sales for a growing title and escrow company before joining the Landmark Title team as a Business Development Manager. Renee attended Paradise Valley Community College before starting her initial career as a business and quality assurance analyst, working up the corporate ladder in APS, Cigna and AAA. In 2018 she transitioned into the real estate industry where she focuses on customer service, building and maintaining customer relationships and generating growth. Renee is actively involved in Business Networking International, Women’s Council of Realtors Phoenix, Women’s Council of Realtors West Valley and West and Southeast Valley Realtors. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their two grown sons, two grandchildren and her beloved furry family members.

Noreen Konieczny

Noreen grew up in rural Michigan on a working dairy farm where she developed her strong work ethic. In 1991 she moved to the Valley of the Sun and began her career in real estate with an auction firm. She later joined a national title company where she worked for two decades before joining Landmark Title. With more than 30 years in the industry, Noreen brings an in-depth knowledge and understanding of both residential and commercial transactions to her position as a Branch Manager and Escrow Officer. Her insight on the complex and technical aspects of escrow and title enables her to successfully deliver results uniquely tailored to each transaction. When she is not working, Noreen enjoys spending time with her family and her three dogs. She loves the outdoors, cooking, family game nights and decorating for the holidays.

Nikki Leonard began her career in the industry as a receptionist at Capital Title. She’s spent more than 15 years working for both National and local agencies. As a seasoned escrow officer, Nikki is dedicated to delivering the best in customer service and contributing to the overall success of Landmark Title. She’s a proud mom to her son, Ethan and their German Sheppard Mix, Maverick. Away from the office, you will find Nikki at the baseball field, cheering Ethan on. Keith is a member of the Southeast Valley Chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). He also donates his time and support to several local nonprofits, which include Save The Family, The Centers for Habilitation, the American Hear Association and the Salvation Army. Keith and his wife are also active in their church and their children’s schools. Keith resides in Chandler with his family. When he is not working, he enjoys skiing, hiking, running, gardening, hot yoga and cheering on his favorite sports teams.

Tiffanie Marrero
Branch Manager
Tiffanie Marrero is a Phoenix native that brings nearly 20 years of experience in the title and escrow industry to her role as Branch Manager. She began working at the front desk and was later promoted to Escrow Officer and then to Branch Manager. Prior to joining Landmark Title, Tiffanie worked for two large escrow companies. She is dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and to supporting Landmark Title’s growth. Tiffanie is an active member of Women’s Council West Valley and Phoenix associations and the West and SouthEast Realtors of the Valley (WeSERV). When she is not working, she enjoys playing and watching sports, spending time with her husband and their five sons.

Kathy Thomas built her career working in title and escrow. She brings more than 25 years of experience to her position as Unit Manager for the Prescott branch of Landmark Title. Kathy is an Arizona native that grew up in Flagstaff and studied business and accounting at Coconino Community College. She began her career as an assistant escrow officer with a national firm where she found her calling. Kathy has extensive experience managing both residential and commercial transactions and she loves working with clients taking them through the closing process. Kathy and her husband are longtime residents of Prescott and parents to three children. When Kathy isn’t working, she enjoys her time outdoors, hiking, fishing and hunting.

Mishael Wells brings more than 25 years of experience in business development, marketing, and sales to the Landmark Title team. Mishael is originally from Texas and spent her teenage years traveling throughout South America doing ministry work. Mishael settled in Arizona where she attended Yavapai college and earned a BA in Humanities and Social Work with a minor in Business. As a Business Development Manager for Landmark Title, Mishael’s focus is on developing and maintaining clients in the Prescott area. Mishael is an active member of the Prescott Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis Club, Prescott Area Realtors, and the Woman’s Association of Realtors. For many years, Mishael worked as a part-time professional chef on the side. When she’s not working now, Mishael still loves cooking for friends and family.
