Join us for a Lunch & Learn on Appraisals.  Daniel McDowell is a Certified Residential Home Appraiser, specializing in Luxury Homes.  He has been apprising homes in Arizona since 2005, and trained under Daniel D. Smith, one of Arizona’s first appraisers, and prominent appraisal instructor.  Daniel and his wife Kelli started their own firm, Venture Appraisal, Inc. in 2007.  Daniel was blessed to spend the first years of his career doing investigating appraisal work, reviewing appraisals that contributed to the 2008 market crash. Daniel has since worked with a variety of Appraisal Management Companies, directly with lenders, and has done many appraisals for estate work and private lending.
