COMPANY HISTORY
The roots of Landmark Title Assurance Agency date back more than 45 years, beginning in Tucson and expanding and establishing the company’s headquarters in Phoenix.
In 2005, the company focused on the expansion of its commercial title and escrow business in Maricopa County, where it continues to grow under the Landmark Title name. In August 2013, Vicki Etherton, was named president of Landmark Title and she was tasked with growing the firm’s commercial and residential real estate client base. In 2017, Vicki brought Kristi Smith on board as executive vice president to focus on expanding the company’s residential team providing escrow and title services throughout Arizona.
Under a strong leadership team the company now operates offices throughout Greater Phoenix, Prescott, Las Vegas and Reno, with plans to continue its expansion in the Southwest.
Fast forward to spring of 2020, when Shaddock National Holdings announced its acquisition of a major equity interest in Landmark Title Assurance Agency, making the firm its newest affiliate and poised for growth to serve clients nationwide.
