Greg Hulett

President – Nevada

Greg Hulett grew up in California and moved to Las Vegas to play football at UNLV. He earned his bachelor’s in Real Estate Finance and Urban Planning. During college Greg started exploring career options outside of football and took an internship in commercial real estate with CB Richard Ellis his senior year. When he was ready to pursue a career path after college, a friend recommended him to a local title company that was hiring. Since 2002, Greg has held management positions in both title and escrow. After spending a few years learning the ins and outs of the industry, he launched his own company, which he ran successfully until closing the doors in 2012. Prior to joining Landmark Title, Greg worked for Clear Title where he helped oversee the successful growth of the company’s Nevada operation. As President of Landmark Title Nevada, Greg is responsible for expanding the business and building the Nevada team. When Greg isn’t working, he enjoys golf, hiking, biking and cooking.

Mike England

Vice President, Sales – Nevada

Mike England spent more than a decade building a career in technology and marketing for the real estate industry, where he specializes in lead generation. Mike grew up in Seattle and moved to Northern California to attend Simpson University where he earned his pastoral degree. He spent the next decade working as a pastor and began supplementing his income in digital marketing. He started helping real estate agents generate revenues, which eventually became a full-time career. In 2016, Mike made the transition into title, where he continued to excel in business development and sales. He’s served on the board of the Asian Real Estate Association (AREAA) and was a member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHRAP) and honoree of the Spirit of Community award. With his wife, Mike also founded and operates a nonprofit organization – Water for the World, which provides water filtration systems to third world countries and communities. When Mike is not working or volunteering, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.

Dindy Roa

Senior Escrow Officer

Dindy Roa is originally from Southern California and went to UC Irvine where she earned a degree in studio art. While in college, Dindy also got her real estate license. After graduation in 2009, she moved to Las Vegas to be near family. Her parents both worked in real estate and inspired her to take a job as a Transaction Coordinator with a local real estate investment company. After two years, she was offered a position as an Escrow Assistant with National Title. Dindy loves working with numbers, problem solving and educating buyers and sellers on through the closing process. In 2018, she was promoted to Escrow Officer at Stewart Title, where she worked until joining the Landmark Title team as a Sr. Escrow Officer. Away from the office, Dindy enjoys art, music and playing tennis, and she’s an avid hockey fan.

Jenine Santos-Meno

Senior Escrow Officer

Jenine Santos-Meno is originally from Guam and moved to Las Vegas with her parents when she was 15. As a young mother, Jenine joined her two sisters at National Alliance Title where she started as a receptionist. She quickly worked her way up to a position as an escrow officer and sharpened her skills working for Direct Title Insurance Agency, Pacific Coast Title, Old Republic Title, Fidelity and WFG National Title Insurance Company over a 16-year period. Jenine brings extensive industry experience to her position as a Senior Escrow Officer with Landmark Title and loves the excitement of sharing the home-buying process with her clients and building relationships through her job. Outside of work, Jenine is a busy parent of four children with her husband who serves in the military. In any free time the family has, they enjoy going camping or spending time on the water together.

Annie Sawyer

Escrow Officer

Annie Sawyer is a Las Vegas native and brings nearly five years of experience to the Landmark Title team. Annie grew up in a family with careers in real estate. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Business, it seemed only natural to explore options in the real estate industry. It was during that time that a friend working for a title company, made an introduction. Annie started with a large firm as an Escrow Assistant, where she was trained on the transaction process. She joined Landmark Title in early 2022 where she was promoted to Escrow Officer. Annie is focused on building customer relationships as she facilitates transactions, coordinating with loan officers and both buyer and seller agents to ensure a smooth closing. When Annie is not working, she enjoys gardening, cooking and spending time with her puppy.

Maribel Mora

Escrow Officer

Maribel Mora grew up in Orange County and moved to Las Vegas in 2001. She originally wanted to pursue a career in sales and marketing in the hotel industry but found herself doing temp jobs in the title and escrow industry and never stopped. She honed her skills as an Escrow Officer for Lawyers Title Insurance Co., Old Republic Title and WFG National Title Insurance company before coming to Landmark Title. Maribel has over 19 years of experience in her position as an Escrow Officer and is fluent in Spanish. She loves helping people and getting to share the excitement of the “first-time homeowner experience” with clients, which is her favorite part of the job. Outside of work, Maribel loves to read, hike and spend time outdoors with her two dogs as much as possible.

Delvie Villa

AVP Sales Executive

Delvie Villa grew up in the Philippines, where she studied to become a nurse. When she decided that path wasn’t for her, she moved to San Diego to be closer to her mother who was an established escrow officer. Her mother, always a major influence in her life, encouraged her to get into the title business and offered to train her. Delvie held positions with title and escrow firms in San Diego before accepting a job as an Account Executive with WFG National Title Insurance Company in 2014 and moved to Las Vegas. She brings nearly 30 years of experience in the title and escrow industry to the Landmark Title team. Delvie works closely with agents, sellers, buyers and escrow team throughout the transaction process to ensure a seamless and on-time closing. Delvie has earned numerous awards throughout her career recognizing her for her dedication to customer service. When she isn’t working, you can find her enjoying time with her family and traveling.

Maria Chewjalearn-Andaya

Senior Escrow Officer

Maria Chewjalearn-Andaya brings nearly two decades of experience in the title and escrow industry to the Landmark Title team. She began as a receptionist for Fidelity National Title in 2005 and worked her way up to the position of escrow officer. In 2011, she joined First American Title as an escrow officer and went on to work for National Title and WFG National Title developing her skills before accepting the position of senior escrow officer with Landmark Title Assurance Agency. Maria is originally from the Philippines and grew up in California. She moved to Las Vegas in 2001 when her mom was stationed at Nellis Air Force Base. Maria values the relationships she builds with her clients and enjoys the opportunity working in escrow offers to meet new people. Away from the office, Maria loves spending time with her family.

Donna Presto is originally from San Francisco, moving to Reno in 2017, and worked for a local title company prior to joining the Landmark Title team. As a Senior Escrow Officer for the Landmark Title Reno branch, Donna brings more than 35 years of industry experience to the team. She remains committed to providing exceptional customer service that helps cultivate new business and maintain current clients. Donna is passionate about all things Disney and is a graduate of their agent of excellence program. Outside of the office, Donna enjoys spending time with her husband of 27 years, their four adult sons and six grandchildren.

Richard Sumner was born in the bay area and grew up in Central California before relocating to Reno in 2018. Richard began his career in the real estate industry working in lending. In 2020, he made the transition to escrow and title, taking a position as an escrow assistant. In 2023, Richard was promoted to business development supporting the Reno and Incline Village team at Landmark Title. Richard finds it especially rewarding assisting families and first-time buyers during the closing process. Away from the office, Richard interests focus on building his own real estate investment portfolio and spending time with family.

Renee Jones

Senior Escrow Officer

Renee Jones grew up in Southern California with family roots in real estate. Her father was a real estate broker and encouraged her to pursue a career in the industry. After studying real estate and finance in college, Renee focused her sights on securing a position with a title and escrow company. She spent the next 40 years honing her skills as an escrow officer with various independent title companies in California, including a stint working for her family’s title company. Renee moved to Nevada in 2015 continuing her career and joining Landmark Title in 2024. Renee enjoys getting to know her clients and helping them through the home-buying process. In her free time, you can find her outdoors exploring the Great Basin either on horseback or in a side-by-side.
