Starting her career in Tucson with Stewart Title in 1981, today Vicki leads the Landmark Title team providing clients with her hands-on expertise, splitting her time between both Tucson and Phoenix.

Kristi Smith
Executive Vice President Kristi has spent more than a decade working in the real estate industry, beginning her career in Texas as a loan originator with a leading mortgage company, PHH Mortgage. She transferred to Arizona in 2008 and helped the company expand in the Phoenix market. In 2011, she transitioned from lending to business development with a title company where she quickly became the top producing sales representative. Prior to joining Landmark Kristi spent three years at Old Republic Title Agency where she led the sales team. Kristi is a proven leader in business development with commitment to building strong relationships and providing quality service.

Derek Parker
Vice President of Operations A Phoenix native, Derek Parker began his career at First American Title in 1990, where he developed his skills and was promoted to positions in customer service management and business development. Prior to joining Landmark Title Parker worked at Old Republic Title Agency in Phoenix as their commercial business development manager. He has extensive experience with industry software and stays on the cutting edge of industry practices. Parker has served on the board of the Phoenix Community Alliance and is currently a board member of the Risk Management Alliance (RMA).

Tiffannie Hobgood
Vice President of Escrow Operations Tiffannie began her career as an escrow officer in 1993 and has proven herself a strong industry leader. Prior to joining Landmark Title as VP of Escrow Operations, she held positions as a branch manager and an associate VP for national agencies. Tiffannie strongly believes in continued education, which prompted her to earn her professional designation as a Certified Senior Escrow Officer. She is also actively involved in and serves in leadership roles for state and national associations. She has served as First Vice President and Technology Chair for the Arizona State Escrow Association; the State Director to the American Escrow Association (AEA) and later as First Vice President for the AEA Tiffannie is dedicated to industry excellence and has a passion for mentoring young talent.

Josh Conant
Chief Title Officer Josh got his start as a title officer in 2002 with Fidelity National Title. Since then, he has worked in multiple industry-related roles. His past positions include Title Officer and Team Lead at Nextitle and Executive Vice President and Director of Title Operations at Invest Title, both in Phoenix. In 2021 he was promoted to Assistant Chief Title Officer.

Diane is an Arizona native that started her career in the real estate industry in 1998, as a title officer and recording clerk. Prior to joining Landmark Title as the Builder/Trust Services Manager, Diane spent 20 years with Title Security Agency as a Trust & Title Officer. Diane brings extensive experience and knowledge to the Landmark Title team where she oversees the growth and expansion of services to the builder and developer community. Diane is an active member of local builder association where she volunteers her time for industry events. She also volunteers in the community, helping women learn self-defense skills. When she is not working or volunteering, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Mishael Wells brings more than 25 years of experience in business development, marketing, and sales to the Landmark Title team. Mishael is originally from Texas and spent her teenage years traveling throughout South America doing ministry work. Mishael settled in Arizona where she attended Yavapai college and earned a BA in Humanities and Social Work with a minor in Business. As a Business Development Manager for Landmark Title, Mishael’s focus is on developing and maintaining clients in the Prescott area. Mishael is an active member of the Prescott Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis Club, Prescott Area Realtors, and the Woman’s Association of Realtors. For many years, Mishael worked as a part-time professional chef on the side. When she’s not working now, Mishael still loves cooking for friends and family.
